To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access, an active e-mail and D23 account to participate.

SPONSOR: ABC, Inc., d/b/a Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Sponsor”), 500 Buena Vista Street, Burbank, CA 91521.

ELIGIBILITY: “D23: The Ultimate Disney Sweepstakes – FANtastic Prizes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older), and who have Internet access, an active e-mail address and a D23 account Θ (which has not been terminated or suspended by Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. who is the sponsor of the D23 Membership Program). (If you have a D23 account but are not a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, do not enter the Sweepstakes as it is not intended for you.) Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or the D23 Membership Program and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, related and successor companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants and, for prizes which are trips, the prize Winner’s guest(s), may not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as a potential prize Winner, they will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification. Similarly, a potential guest understands and agrees that, as a condition of accompanying a prize Winner on the corresponding trip, such potential guest will be required to consent to a background check; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in forfeiture of opportunity to accompany prize Winner on the corresponding trip as a guest. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential prize Winner if the results of such background check reveal that such potential prize Winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. And, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold opportunity to accompany prize Winner on corresponding trip if such potential guest has been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

ΘWhere D23 account is a Gold Membership Duo Plan, both the primary member of the account and the affiliate member may enter the Sweepstakes individually. The primary member and affiliate member must enter through their respective accounts.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins on or about at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), July 8, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, August 11, 2024 (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. There will be up to twenty-three (23) separate and distinct Sweepstakes drawings each with its own prize and winner (collectively, “Prize Sweepstakes Drawing(s)”) as well as an additional Sweepstakes drawing to award the Grand Prize (defined below in Section 6) (“Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing,” collectively along with “Prize Sweepstakes Drawing(s),” “Sweepstakes Drawing(s)”) comprising the Sweepstakes. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

You must have a current, online D23 account to enter. During the Entry Period, visit https://fantasticprizes.d23.com (“Website”) and select which prize(s) you would like to win. By selecting a given prize, you will be entered once into the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for that prize (as well as the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing) as discussed below by clicking the “Enter” button. For Prize Sweepstakes Drawings, you should only select prize(s) that you are interested in winning. You will need to log in using your D23 account (the “Account”) user name or e-mail address and password; or, if you do not have an online D23 account, you will need to create an account. You may create a D23 account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the “Join” link and completing the required steps and providing the requested information.

TO ENTER, YOU MUST CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTP://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM/) AND PRIVACY POLICY (HTTP://DISNEYPRIVACYCENTER.COM). During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor (https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day per Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (for a maximum of thirty-five [35] entries in each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing and a maximum of thirty-five [35] entries in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing), regardless of the number of D23 accounts a person may have). A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET except for the first day (7/8/24) which will begin at 9:00 AM ET. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner”, collectively the “Winners”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received via random drawing. There will be up to twenty-four (24) random drawings in total: up to twenty-three (23) separate Prize Sweepstakes Drawings (with one (1) Winner for the prize offered in each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing) and one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. All drawings will take place on or about August 12, 2024. Each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will consist only of all eligible entries received for that Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. (Non-winning entries from one Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will NOT be retained for any other Prize Sweepstakes Drawing.) The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will consist of all eligible entries received for all Prize Sweepstakes Drawings. Prize Sweepstakes Drawings will be done in the order that the prizes are listed in Section 6 (i.e., the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for Prize #1 will occur first, the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for Prize #2 will occur second, and so on). After the twenty-third (23rd) Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (or final Prize Sweepstakes Drawing if less than twenty-three (23) Prizes are available), the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will be conducted. If an entrant is selected as a Winner for a Prize Sweepstakes Drawing, that entrant will not be eligible to be a Winner for any subsequent Prize Sweepstakes Drawing but that entrant WILL be eligible to be the Grand Prize Winner in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. The drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a given selected prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (that is, the total number of eligible entries received for all Prize Sweepstakes Drawings throughout the Entry Period.)

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

Prize #1: Winner will receive a 7-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) to be taken aboard the Disney Treasure ship (the “Vacation Package”) and a one-time payment in the total amount of up to $6,000 to be awarded in the form of a check made out to the Winner, to help defray payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Vacation Package (subject to their terms outlines below). Prize #1 consists of the following:

If Winner resides outside a 250-mile radius of Port Canaveral, FL:
Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL;

Ground transportation for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service from Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World® Resort (at the discretion of Sponsor);
One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at a Disney Resort hotel (resort selection at the discretion of Sponsor) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure;
One (1) seven (7) night Cruise on the Disney Treasure for up to four (4) persons, consisting of:

• One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Treasure (location/category at the discretion of Sponsor) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;

• All meals onboard the Disney Treasure (excluding specialty and adult-exclusive dining);

• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server;

Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website)

ARV of Prize #1: $27,916.16. which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of Prize #1 may vary depending on point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of Prize #1 is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

See below for additional conditions and restrictions regarding the Vacation Package.

Vacation Package must be booked at least 45 days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur on 12/21/2024, or such other date as selected by Disney Cruise Line for the maiden voyage of the Disney Treasure ship. If Winner cannot travel on such date the Vacation Package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and a new potential Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes Drawing (time permitting). Sponsor reserves the right to change the specified travel date, the Vacation Package period, cruise ship or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of a Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor will determine airline, hotel, flight and ground transportation itinerary in its sole discretion. Once hotel/cruise accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Vacation Package is for the respective Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner’s choosing. Once selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions. Vacation Package may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation Package elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable. Furthermore, Winner and Guests are solely responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guests’ responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in Prize #1).

The Winner and Guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The Winner and each Guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. The Winner and Guests are required to comply with Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety measures and operational guidelines. Persons not meeting embarkation requirements will be denied boarding. Visit www.disneycruise.com/updates for the latest information. Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. In the event the Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Winner agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel.

Certain Disney Cruise Line onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, may have limited capacity and may be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

Any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to, round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Departure Airport (if applicable), round-trip transportation between Winner’s residence and the hotel (if applicable), Winner’s transportation to the port of call (if applicable), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, ship to shore communications (including internet), telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Vacation Package. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Hotel regulations and conditions apply. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, Winner and Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of Winner, or Guest portion of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed or postponed at any time and without prior notice. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed for any reason and Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Prize will only be delivered to street address within the United States. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of Prize #1 will be forfeited. If any portion of the Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of Vacation Package with another prize of comparable or greater value. If the Group cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, Prize #1 will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner may be chosen from among all eligible entries in a random drawing.

If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport (both as defined above), as chosen by Sponsor. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with Vacation Package are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, Vacation Package will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element of Prize #1 begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s). Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.

As above provided, the Vacation Package includes a one-time payment for Winner to help defray payment of taxes payable as a result of receiving the Vacation Package. The Released Parties (as defined below) do not make any representation or warranty that the foregoing amount will be sufficient to pay Winner’s tax liability. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. The award of the Vacation is subject to applicable withholding requirements; and Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or similar form) reflecting the estimated retail value of the Vacation Package. Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.

Any images of prize/prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images; and, Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

Prize #2: Winner will receive a 3-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “Guest”) (Winner and Guest(s) collectively, the “Group”) to AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii (“Resort”). The Vacation is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The Vacation package consists of the following:

Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major gateway airport closest to Winner's residence and Honolulu International Airport. (If the Winner resides on the island of Oahu, airfare will not be provided.)
Round trip ground transportation for up to four (4) persons for local ground transportation service between Honolulu International Airport and Resort as chosen by Disney. (If the Winner resides on the island of Oahu, ground transportation will not be provided.)
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive night(s) at the Resort.
Up to four (4) Preferred Seating passes to KA WA’A, A Lū’au at Resort for the Group.
One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00. Subject to restrictions.

ARV of Prize #2: $7,564.00 which may vary depending upon point of departure. The ARV for the prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the prize will not be awarded.

Vacation must be taken between November 15, 2024 and August 31, 2025. If Vacation is not completed by August 31, 2025, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Block-out dates include but may not be limited to: 11/24/24 – 11/30/24, 12/21/24 – 12/31/24, 1/1/25 – 1/4/25, 2/12/25 – 2/20/25, 3/14/25 – 3/28/25, 4/12/25 – 4/26/25 and 6/1/25 – 8/9/25. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between Winner’s residence and the Resort if Winner resides on the island of Oahu, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, local and long distance telephone calls, taxes, and any other charges or items which are not expressly included in the Vacation. The actual value of the prize may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations, number of travelers and Resort charges at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at any time and without prior notice to Sponsor. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Prize elements may not be separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or used for commercial purposes. Vacation is for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner's choosing. Once Guests are selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once Resort accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. All elements of the Vacation package must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation package. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Vacation, including flights, are cancelled/delayed/postponed. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the prize will be forfeited.

Air transportation, ground transfers, and accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s). In the event the Winner and/or their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's (or its affiliates') property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Vacation or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests in the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If Winner and Guest(s) cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting). Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The Resort accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Prize #3: Winner will receive an opportunity to be drawn into a Marvel comic book that features Marvel’s Super Hero characters. Winner may suggest the title of an existing comic book for the Winner to be drawn into, subject to approval by Marvel in its sole discretion. Winner will receive: (a) ten (10) copies of the published comic book in which the Winner is featured; (b) one (1) piece of custom, one-of-a-kind artwork featuring the Winner and Marvel’s Super Hero characters. The Winner may suggest the characters, subject to approval by Marvel in its sole discretion; (c) one year subscription to Marvel Unlimited digital comics library; (d) three (3) recently published comic books signed by Marvel’s comic book creators and/or editors, as determined by Marvel in its sole discretion; and (e) five (5) recently published trade paperback collections of Marvel comic books. Prize #4: Winner will receive an original portrait artwork drawn by a Pixar artist (specific artist to be determined by Pixar in its sole discretion). Winner will be required to submit a recent photo (free of all third party rights and encumbrances) for artist reference along with his/her answer to the following question: "What's your favorite emotion?" as well as to otherwise cooperate with any and all reasonable requests from Pixar artist. Pixar will retain all intellectual property rights in the original portrait artwork, including, but not limited to copyrights therein. Winner will not have any right of review or approval of original portrait artwork, with the creation of the original portrait artwork being subject to the creative control of Pixar artist. Winner further understands and agrees that he/she will have no legal recourse (including without limitation the right to any alternate prize) in the event that he/she concludes that the original portrait artwork is unflattering or otherwise inappropriate. Prize #5: Winner will receive a 3-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “Guest”) (Winner and Guest(s) collectively, the “Group”) to Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California (“Resort”). The Vacation is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The Vacation package consists of the following:

ARV of Prize #5: $17,192.00 which may vary depending upon point of departure. The ARV for the Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Prize will not be awarded.

Vacation must be taken between September 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024. If Vacation is not completed by October 31, 2024, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Certain parks, hotels, attractions, experiences, services, restaurants and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media.

To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up. Reservations are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. A park reservation must be made for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates for important details to know before traveling to the Disneyland Resort. Prize #6: Winner will receive a 6-day/5-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one guest to Tokyo, Japan to attend Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 (“Event”). Event is currently scheduled to take place between April 18 – 20, 2025 at Makuhari Messe (date subject to change).

Trip consists of: round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people to Tokyo, Japan from an international airport near Winner’s home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); five (5) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; round-trip ground transportation between Tokyo airport and hotel; round-trip ground transportation between hotel and Event; two (2) passes to the Event.

ARV of Prize #6 is $15,000.00. Actual final value of prize may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined by time of purchase and travel. If Winner elects to participate in prize travel with fewer than one (1) guest (e.g. travel alone), prize will be adjusted as appropriate for the actual number of travelers, but the Winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation due to the decreased number of guests.

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Event, which is currently scheduled for April 18-20, 2025 in Tokyo, Japan (date subject to change). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. If the Winner does travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, but the Event is postponed, delayed, or cannot take place for any reason, Winner will receive the remainder of the prize, i.e., a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Event component of the prize is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements, or cancellation.

Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, applicable taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must arrange for their own transportation to and from their homes and the initial departure airport. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval.

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any and all required travel documentation and requirements necessary to travel to Tokyo, Japan for the Trip. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable and necessary passports, visas or similar documents, as well as determining and complying with any requirements and/or procedures and restrictions. In addition, Winner (or guest) may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in.

In the event you are selected as a potential Winner or you are the recipient of the prize, you agree that you will forfeit the prize (and neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any liability to you) if you fail to provide the necessary information or obtain travel, visa, or similar documents (or comply with other applicable travel requirements). Air transportation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes without notice. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay.

The attendance by any cast members or such other talent at the Event is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent at the Event. Winner and Winner’s guest must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip. Should Winner and/or guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Winner’s travel guest home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or guest. Winner and guest must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Event at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at Event and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and possible legal action.

Prize #7: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend a live taping of an episode of the Dancing with the Stars’ Disney Night (“Show”) scheduled for October or November 2024 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) VIP admission tickets to a taping of Show in Los Angeles tentatively set to take place in October or November 2024 (date and location of Show taping are subject to change); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a Los Angeles area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Los Angeles area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel and Show taping.

Sponsors make no representation as to the participation of any Show cast member (i.e., dancers) in the Trip.

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Show, which is currently tentatively scheduled for October or November 2024 in Los Angeles, CA (date subject to change). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Date and location of Show are subject to change.

In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Show taping does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to Los Angeles) with no further obligation to the Winner. Show taping is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Show. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

The attendance by any cast members or such other talent from the Show is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the Show during the Trip. Winner and guest must comply with the Show’s rules and regulations at all times. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this portion of the prize. Winner acknowledges and agrees that portion of prize relating to attendance at Show taping has no retail value and should such portions of the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsors and their agencies shall have no further obligations in that regard other than to deliver a trip to Los Angeles as detailed, and subject to, the terms herein.

Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the trips not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure location and date, and return location and date or applicable trip may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport.

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure.

ARV of Prize #7: $3,000.00. There is no retail value associated with the Show taping portion of the Prize. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

Prize #8: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “Guest(s)”) to Manhattan Beach, CA to attend an exclusive screening of the “Avatar: The Way of Water” movie, a tour of the Lightstorm Museum (“LEI”) and one (1) piece of concept art from the “Avatar: The Way of Water” movie autographed by the film’s co-production designer Dylan Cole for Winner and each Guest (autograph does not have a retail value and no representation is made as to any said value).

If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Manhattan Beach, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Trip must be taken by August 30, 2025. If Trip is not completed by August 30, 2025, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. If ground transportation in Los Angeles/Manhattan Beach is awarded in the form of vouchers, the issuer of the vouchers will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of such issuer. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval.

Each Guest must be at least 13 years of age or older (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is a minor, the Winner or another Guest of Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

Winner and his/her Guests are solely responsible for any and all required travel documentation and requirements necessary to travel on Trip. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable and necessary government issued ID or similar documents, as well as determining and complying with any requirements and/or procedures and restrictions. In addition, Winner (or Guest(s)) may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in.

In the event you are selected as a potential Winner or you are the recipient of the prize, you agree that you will forfeit the prize (and neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any liability to you) if you fail to provide the necessary information or similar documents (or comply with other applicable travel requirements). Air transportation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes without notice. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay.

The attendance by any cast members or such other talent is not guaranteed. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent during the Trip. Winner and Guest(s) must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip. Should Winner and/or Guest(s) fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Guest(s) home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or Guest(s). Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of LEI. Winner and Guest(s) must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at screening of the “Avatar: The Way of Water” movie, LEI and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of screening of the “Avatar: The Way of Water” movie and LEI as well as signing a non-disclosure agreement as a pre-condition of admission to LEI. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and possible legal action.

LEI (in whole or in part) may not be appropriate for persons with limited mobility; sensitivity to light and/or sound; low vision or blindness; or who are hard of hearing or deaf. Certain areas of LEI may not be accessible during visit of Winner and Guest(s) with Sponsor disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Dylan Cole, James Cameron, actors from or other persons associated with “Avatar: The Way of Water” movie will not be present at LEI as part of the prize.

Prize #9: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Vancouver, Canada for a visit to the set of the Disney+ show “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” (“Show”) for the taping of the second season (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Vancouver area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to Vancouver from an international airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a Vancouver area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Vancouver area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Vancouver hotel and location of Show taping.

Sponsor make no representation as to the participation of any Show cast member in the Trip. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent during the Trip.

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Show taping, which is currently tentatively scheduled for October or November 2024 (date subject to change). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received for the Prize #9 random drawing as per these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Date and location of Show are subject to change.

In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Show taping does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to Vancouver) with no further obligation to the Winner. Show taping is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Show. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Winner acknowledges and agrees that portion of prize relating to attendance at Show taping has no retail value and should such portions of the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor and its agencies shall have no further obligations in that regard other than to deliver a trip to Vancouver as detailed, and subject to, the terms herein.

Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure location and date, and return location and date or applicable Trip may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as passport. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport.

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure.

ARV of Prize #9: $3,000.00. There is no retail value associated with the Show taping portion of the Prize. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

ARV of Prize #10 is $12,113.66. The ARV for the prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. ARV of Prize #12: $74,163.63 which may vary depending upon point of departure. The ARV for the prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the prize will not be awarded.

Vacation must be redeemed after the opening of World of Frozen (date to be announced by Sponsor) in a period of one (1) year. If Vacation is not completed within one (1) year of the opening of World of Frozen (date to be announced by Sponsor), the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, local and long distance telephone calls, taxes, and any other charges or items which are not expressly included in the Vacation. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Prize elements may not be separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or used for commercial purposes. Vacation is for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner's choosing. Once Guests are selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from the international airport closest to the Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once hotel accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. All elements of the Vacation package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation package. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Vacation, including flights, are cancelled/delayed/postponed. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the Prize will be forfeited.

Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests in the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). If Winner and Guest(s) cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting). Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The hotel accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. The Disneyland Paris Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Disneyland Paris Disney Parks. The Disneyland Paris Gift Card must first be activated, and may then be used in the boutiques, restaurants and Guest storage in the Disney Parks, the boutiques, restaurants and bars operated by Disneyland Paris at Disney Village, as well as in the boutiques, restaurants / bars and concierge services of the Disney Hotels, with the exception of the sales outlets listed below. You can check the credit balance on your card in any Disney store. The Disneyland Paris Gift Card is valid for a defined period from the date of activation. It is not possible to add credit to your Gift Card and the balance credited on the card cannot be refunded. In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card cannot be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be resold.

In the event the Winner and/or their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's (or its affiliates') property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize/Dinner or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.

Prize #14: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the world premiere of the Disney Mufasa movie (“Premiere”) scheduled for December 2024 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) tickets to attend the Premiere in Los Angeles tentatively set to take place in December 2024 (date and location of Premiere are subject to change); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles, CA area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a Los Angeles area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Los Angeles area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel and Premiere.

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Premiere, which is currently tentatively scheduled for December 2024 in Los Angeles, CA (date subject to change). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Date and location of Premiere are subject to change.

In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Premiere does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to Los Angeles) with no further obligation to the Winner. Premiere is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Premiere. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

The attendance by any cast members, filmmakers, or such other talent from the film during the Premiere is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the film during the Premiere. Winner and guest must comply with the Premiere’s rules and regulations at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at Premiere and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of Premiere. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this portion of the prize. Winner acknowledges and agrees that the portion of prize relating to attendance at Premiere has no retail value and should such portions of the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor and its agencies shall have no further obligations in that regard other than to deliver a trip to Los Angeles as detailed, and subject to, the terms herein.

Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure location and date, and return location and date or Trip may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport.

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure.

ARV of Prize #14: $3,000.00. There is no retail value associated with the Premiere experience portion of the prize. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

Prize #15: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “Guest(s)”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend a live table read of an episode of “The Simpsons” television show, where the actors with speaking parts in that episode read through their various roles from the script in front of each other and may be attended by the writer(s), producer(s), director(s) of that episode and other relevant stakeholder(s) (“Table Read”). Prize also includes: one (1) “Simpsonized” version of Winner’s family (Winner and up to three (3) family members of their choosing), on the couch with the Simpsons family (Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie); one (1) copy of the script for Winner of their favorite “The Simpsons” episode autographed by select member(s) of the cast and crew of ”The Simpsons” television show (choice of script may be subject to availability); one (1) ultimate Simpsons prize pack for Winner consisting of the following items; Treehouse of Horror posters (quantity to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), crew t-shirts (quantity and exact sizes to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); baseball hats (quantity and exact hats to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); Winner will have an opportunity to be drawn into a future episode of The Simpsons television show.

Exact autographs on the script described above (i.e., specific cast and crew members) shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; there is no guarantee that any particular member of the cast or writer from Winner’s favorite episode of “The Simpsons” will actually sign the script. Autographs do not have a retail value and no representation is made as to any said value.

Should Table Read last for shorter than indicated time period, Sponsor will not have any liability of any kind.

Winner and members of Winner’s family will each be required to submit a recent photo (free of all third party rights and encumbrances) to be used for the creation of the “Simpsonized” version of Winner’s family. Winner’s photo will also be used to draw Winner into a future episode of The Simpsons television show. Winner and members of Winner’s family (if member of Winner’s family is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to otherwise cooperate with any and all reasonable requests of The Simpsons creative team (including but not limited to animators)/Gracie Films in furtherance of awarding the prize elements involving animation. All elements of the “Simpsonized” version of Winner’s family is subject to the discretion of Sponsor and the animators and Winner and Winner’s family (if member of Winner’s family is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian), as applicable, understand and agree that he/she will not have any right of review or approval and will have no legal recourse (including without limitation the right to any alternate prize) in the event that he/she concludes that the “Simpsonized” depiction of themselves is unflattering or otherwise inappropriate. The Winner must sign a general name and likeness release to be provided by Sponsor to be drawn into a future episode of The Simpsons. All elements of the Winner being drawn into a future episode of The Simpsons (including but not limited to the title, release date and final art) is subject to the sole creative control and production needs of The Simpsons creative team/Gracie Films) and Winner will not have any right of review or approval and understands and agrees that he/she will have no legal recourse (including without limitation the right to any alternate prize) in the event that he/she concludes that the depiction and inclusion of themselves in the future episode of The Simpsons is unflattering or otherwise inappropriate. The Simpsons creative team/Gracie Films will retain all intellectual property rights in the in “Simpsonized” version of Winner’s family and Winner being drawn into a future episode of The Simpsons, including, but not limited to copyrights therein.

ARV of Prize #15 is $4,000.00. Actual final value of prize may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined by time of purchase and travel. If Winner elects to participate in prize travel with fewer than three (3) guests, prize will be adjusted as appropriate for the actual number of travelers, but the Winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation due to the decreased number of guests. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Trip must be taken by August 30, 2025. If Trip is not completed by August 30, 2025, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Trip period, or any other component of the Trip, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Trip dates and accommodations are subject to availability of Gracie Films and otherwise; advanced notice requirements; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Trip must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates from list provided by Sponsor; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. (Winner may not receive their first choice of travel date.) Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, applicable taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and Guests must arrange for their own transportation to and from their homes and the initial Departure Airport. Winner and Guests must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions may apply. If ground transportation in Los Angeles is awarded in the form of vouchers, the issuer of the vouchers will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of such issuer. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval.

Each Guest (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is a minor, the Winner or another Guest of Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

In the event you are selected as a potential Winner or you are the recipient of the prize, you agree that you will forfeit the prize (and neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any liability to you) if you fail to provide the necessary information or similar documents (or comply with other applicable travel requirements). Air transportation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes without notice. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay.

The attendance by any cast members or such other talent from the show is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the show during the Trip. Winner and Guest(s) must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip. Should Winner and/or Guest(s) fail to adhere to any such instructions, interrupt/interfere with/impede actors, writers, producers, directors of “The Simpsons” episode and other relevant stakeholders in performing their responsibilities at the Table Read or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Guest(s) home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or Guest(s). Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of Table Read. Winner and Guest(s) must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. Such rules and requirements may include prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of Table Read and the Fox Sudio Lot as well as signing a non-disclosure agreement as a pre-condition of admission to the Table Read/Fox Studio Lot and any other documents required by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and possible legal action.

Prize #16: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and a guest (“Guest”) to attend the 2025 ESPYS (“Event”) (date and location of the Event yet to be announced by Sponsor); two (2) tickets to the Event and two (2) VIP Walk tickets.

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 above, including the background check, each entrant further understands and agrees that, if selected as a potential Winner for this prize, they will be required to consent to an additional background check by ESPN and must provide their (1) driver’s license number, (2) place of residence for last 5 years, and (3) social media account information. Failure by potential Winner to sign such consents to conduct the background check and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification. Potential guest will also be required to consent to an additional background check by ESPN and must provide their (1) driver’s license number, (2) place of residence for last 5 years, and (3) social media account information. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential Winner or guest if, based on the findings of the background check, ESPN determines that awarding the prize, which includes attendance at a televised event and close proximity to celebrity and high profile individuals, would bring ESPN, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated, related and successor companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, and/or anticipated guests of the 2025 ESPYs (the “ESPN Parties”) into disrepute or otherwise be harmful to the ESPN Parties’ brand, which may be based on, but is not limited to, conduct by the potential Winner or guest that the ESPN Parties find offensive, antagonistic, or inflammatory, affiliations of the potential Winner or guest with organizations critical of the ESPN Parties, or hostile, harmful, or derogatory statements by the potential Winner or guest to or related to the ESPN Parties or that would otherwise harm the ESPN Parties’ brand.

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Event, which is currently tentatively scheduled for summer 2025 (date and location of the Event yet to be announced by Sponsor). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Date and location of Event are subject to change. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, applicable taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and Guest must arrange for their own transportation to and from their homes and the initial Departure Airport. Winner and Guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions may apply. If ground transportation in city of Event is awarded in the form of vouchers, the issuer of the vouchers will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of such issuer. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval.

Guest must be at least 18 years of age or older and must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents.

Winner and his/her Guest are solely responsible for any and all required travel documentation and requirements necessary to travel on Trip. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable and necessary government issued ID or similar documents, as well as determining and complying with any requirements and/or procedures and restrictions. In addition, Winner (or Guest) may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in.

In the event you are selected as a potential Winner or you are the recipient of the prize, you agree that you will forfeit the prize (and neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any liability to you) if you fail to provide the necessary information or similar documents (or comply with other applicable travel requirements). Air transportation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes without notice. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay.

Winner and Guest must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip. Should Winner and/or Guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Guest home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or Guest. Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of the Event. Winner and Guest must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at the Event and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of the Event as well as signing a non-disclosure agreement as a pre-condition of admission to the Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and possible legal action.

The attendance by any athletes or celebrities during the Event is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any athletes or celebrities at the Event.

ARV of Prize #18: $1,498.00.

Exact autographs on the Lightsaber Hilts described above (i.e., specific cast and crew members) shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; there is no guarantee that any particular member of the cast or crew member from the Star Wars universe will sign the Lightsaber Hilts. Autographs do not have a retail value and no representation is made as to any said value.

The Disney Store Shopping Card can only be used at DisneyStore.com, Disney Store and select Disney Outlet Store locations. The Disney Store Shopping Card can be redeemed at checkout on DisneyStore.com by entering the code or at checkout in-store by using the bar code or by manual entry by a Disney Store Cast Member.

Prize #19: Winner will receive a 4-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with Winner, the “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”) as set forth below.

The Vacation package consists of the following:

Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates with at least ninety (90) days advance notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Vacation. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at any time and without prior notice to Sponsor. Once Guests are selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once hotel accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay/postponement. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the prize will be forfeited.

Air transportation, ground transfers, and accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s). In the event the Winner and/or their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to any property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Vacation or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.

Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests in the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. If Winner elects to travel or partake in the Vacation with no Guest or fewer than three (3) Guests, the Vacation will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number in the Group and no additional compensation will be awarded. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If Winner and Guest(s) cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting). Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The hotel accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change the time period in which the Vacation must be taken.

Prize #20: Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip (“Trip”) for the Winner and a guest to New York, NY to attend a live taping of episodes of Live with Kelly & Mark and The View and a behind-the-scenes tour of Good Morning America (each a “Show” and collectively the “Shows”). The Trip includes: three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a New York area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to New York area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the New York area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from New York hotel and Shows.

Sponsor make no representation as to the participation of any cast member of Good Morning America in the tour. The attendance by any cast members or such other talent from the Shows is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the Shows during the Trip.

Trip must be taken by August 30, 2025. If Trip is not completed by August 30, 2025, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner.

In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Shows tapings do not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to New York) with no further obligation to the Winner. Show tapings are subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Shows. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of New York, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Winner and guest must comply with each Show’s rules and regulations at all times. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this portion of the prize. Winner acknowledges and agrees that portion of prize relating to attendance at Show tapings have no retail value and should such portions of the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor and its agencies shall have no further obligations in that regard other than to deliver a trip to New York as detailed, and subject to, the terms herein.

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure.

ARV of Prize #20: $3,500.00. There is no retail value associated with the Show tapings portion of the Prize. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable and necessary government issued ID or similar documents, as well as determining and complying with any requirements and/or procedures and restrictions. In addition, Winner (or guest) may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in.

In the event you are selected as a potential Winner or you are the recipient of the prize, you agree that you will forfeit the prize (and neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any liability to you) if you fail to provide the necessary information or similar documents (or comply with other applicable travel requirements). Air transportation tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes without notice. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV stated in these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay.

The attendance by any cast members or such other talent from the Shows is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the Shows during the Trip. Winner and guest must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip. Should Winner and/or guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or guest home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or guest. Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of NAT. Winner and guest must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at performances of the Shows, NAT and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of performances of the Shows and NAT. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and possible legal action.

Prize #22: Winner will receive a eight (8) day/seven (7) night National Geographic Expeditions “Wild Galápagos Escape” trip (the “Trip”), operated by Lindblad Expeditions (“Tour Operator”), with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively, the “Vacation Package”) for the Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest together, the “Group”). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below.

The Vacation Package consists of the following:

Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator, with possible stopovers) for the Group, and internal airfare, if applicable

ARV of Prize #22 is $23,390.00. The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, fluctuations of room rates and airfares, and the number of travelers. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Vacation Package will not be awarded.

Please Note Restrictions for the Vacation Package:

All Group members must travel together on the same itinerary and the same class of travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s or Tour Operator’s agent and with carriers and accommodations selected by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator. Vacation Package components are subject to change without notice.
Vacation Package must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel departure date, and in any event, be booked on or before July 1, 2025, or the Vacation Package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind.
Only Trip departure dates specifically listed are eligible; if specific departure dates are not listed, Trip departure dates between 09/01/2025 and 11/30/2025 are eligible.
Travel dates will be subject to availability. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor and/or Tour Operator’s sole discretion.
If Winner cannot travel within the dates specified by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety, except in the event Sponsor and/or Tour Operator offer additional dates, at their sole discretion.
The Trip is not a private tour and may be attended by other travelers.
Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserve the right to delay, postpone or otherwise reschedule the Vacation Package for different dates, even if already booked, as necessary for any reason, including based on (i) Sponsor and/or Tour Operator’s health and safety protocols, which take into consideration guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and international health authorities, the U.S. Travel Association, and The Walt Disney Company’s team of health experts, and (ii) the rules and regulations in place for each country visited during the Vacation Package.
Expenses not specifically included as part of the Vacation Package are solely the responsibility of Winner, including, without limitation, the following: trip cancellation insurance or any other travel insurance, gratuities, activities and ground transportation not expressly included in the Vacation Package; meals not served as part of the Vacation Package; airline baggage fees; customs and immigration fees; passport costs; laundry service, merchandise and souvenirs; parking; room service; service charges; spa services and other optional activities; telephone calls; and income and other taxes not expressly included in the Vacation Package; and all other costs and expenses not expressly included in the Vacation Package.
Certain terms and restrictions shall apply to the Vacation Package, as determined by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator in their sole discretion. If the Group does not agree to the terms and restrictions, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety.
All members of the Group will be required to execute and return an agreement, and/or release, which may include a release of liability, assumption of risk, waiver of claims, indemnification and publicity (i.e., photo/video) release (where allowed by law) prior to participation, the ship’s ticket, and any other documentation required by Sponsor and Tour Operator for participation on the Vacation Package. Failure to return any required documentation within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their Travel Party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel.
In the event the Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor’s or Tour Operator’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.
Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D., credit card, passport, valid alien registration card, and/or necessary visas if applicable) before departure. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Group members’ responsibility.
All persons under the age of 18 (“minor(s)”) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over age 21 in the same room. In the event a minor is not accompanied by all legal guardians, Group must agree to carry a notarized document from each legal guardian not on the Trip, granting approval for the minor to travel on the Trip and to present said documents to any authority requesting them. Sole guardians of a minor agree to carry documentation evidencing such and present to any authority when requested.
The Vacation Package (and all elements thereof) is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Vacation Package may not be sold or transferred to any other person or third party.
The Vacation Package may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles, award points or other perquisites. Lost or mutilated tickets will not be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
If a Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute the Vacation Package with another vacation package of comparable or greater value.
Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.

Prize #23: Ice Cream Freezer with Disney Parks wrapping (“Freezer”) stocked with five (5) cases of Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar - Vanilla Light Ice Cream; five (5) cases of Mickey’s Ice Cream Sandwiches – Cookies ‘N Cream Light Ice Cream; five (5) cases Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches – Vanilla Ice Cream; five (5) cases Nestlé Outshine Frozen Fruit Bars – Strawberry.

Make, model and manufacturer of Freezer to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Must be installed and used in strict accordance with owner’s manual including voltage requirements. Any installation costs are the sole responsibility of prize Winner.

If prize Winner cannot accept one or more frozen dessert products due to dietary restrictions or if frozen dessert products are not to prize Winner’s taste, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.

ARV of Prize #23 is $2,000.00.

Grand Prize: Winner will receive one (1) upgrade to a D23 Gold Membership Individual Plan for a one-year period (the “Grand Prize). Approximate Retail Value: $99.
